Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us!

We stand by our products however if you are not happy with the item(s) you've received, you may return them to us for your money back minus shipping, if applicable. Item(s) must be unaltered and must be in its original packaging. Any item(s) that has been altered, washed or worn in any way will not qualify to be returned. We honor this for up to 5 days after date of delivery. Orders returned after 5 days will be sent back to the customer.

Hair must be in the original state the same as it was sent to you.

We do not refund shipping charges.

 

All Wig Closet Cleanout (WCC) units or clearance products are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@kingdombeautycare.comYou can ship returns to the address in the email provided. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Custom Units

If you have any questions about a custom unit, please contact us before an item is shipped to ensure it is clear as to what you will be receiving.

Due to the nature of the items being sold, after a custom unit order has shipped, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
